Amanda Nisbet founded her interior design firm in 1998. Her portfolio includes numerous high-end residential projects in the United States, Canada and Europe. Untethered by design rules, Amanda brings a fresh energetic approach to a traditional sense of luxury. Color, texture and form blend to create her trademark comfortable elegance.

Amanda Nisbet Design has been published in Elle D├ęcor, House and Garden, House Beautiful, O at Home, Town and Country, Quest, Traditional Home, Home, New York Spaces, New York Home, Hamptons, The New York Times, The Washington Post among others. Amanda is currently developing an new line of lighting and fabrics.

Todd Alexander Romano, affectionately known as the “Dapper Tastemaker”, began his career in decorating seventeen years ago working for Mario Buatta as his assistant. He founded his design firm and eponymous shop on Lexington Avenue in 1999.

His work is best known for its eclectic and youthful approach to traditional high-end interior design, and has been named to numerous lists of the Top 100 Best Decorators in America.

Todd recently opened an expanded showroom version of his stylish shop in the heart of New York’s Design District at the Fine Arts Building. His showroom represents specialty fabrics, lighting and custom rugs, in addition to the expertly edited antiques, artworks and unusual accessories for which he is renowned.

Nathan Turner’s eponymous shop located on North Almont Drive in Los Angeles has become a source for the country’s leading interior designers, as well as some of the most stylish individuals from coast to coast.

Nathan attended St. Mary’s College of California where he graduated with a degree in business. He then lived abroad in France and Italy, where he studied the area’s language, art history, and honed his culinary skills before returning to California.

Nathan’s parties, products, and designs have been featured in major national and regional publications including Domino, Vogue Living, Elle Decor, House Beautiful, Food & Wine, and C magazine. In 2008 Nathan launched the Nathan Turner for Elite Leather collection of upholstered furniture.

Kelly Wearstler is recognized among design aficionados and contemporary culture devotees as one of the design world’s top tastemakers. Scheduled for a Fall 2009 release, Wearstler’s highly anticipated new AMMO Books title, HUE, is an elegantly photographed and designed book that celebrates the power of color and showcases her most recent projects while serving as inspiring eye-candy for interior design and decorating fans. A regular contributor on living with style to such fashion bibles as Harper’s Bazaar, Elle and W, Wearstler was named one of the best dressed of 2007 by Vogue. She also serves as a judge on the Bravo network’s interior design competition series, “Top Design.”

As the namesake and creator of several product lines, Wearstler enjoys sharing her signature style with design professionals and discriminating retail shoppers. Fall 2007 marked the opening of the Kelly Wearstler boutique at Bergdorf Goodman. The boutique showcases a range of decorative home accessories designed by Wearstler exclusively for the legendary store. An extensive collection of handmade carpets with The Rug Company debuted in Spring 2008, followed by fabrics and trims with Groundworks at Lee Jofa in Fall 2008, soft home goods with SFERRA in Spring 2009 and dinnerware with Pickard China to debut in Fall 2009. New wallcoverings and more will soon join this portfolio of home products.

For the past three decades Vicente Wolf has fostered the global development of his brand through a simplicity-driven principle that infuses his many creative endeavours. House Beautiful named Vicente Wolf one of the 10 most influential designers in the United States, and Interior Design Magazine inducted Wolf in its Designer Hall of Fame. He was selected as one of the top 100 designers in both Metropolitan Home’s "Design 100" and Architectural Digest’s "AD 100".

Wolf is the publisher of two books, Learning to See (Artisan, 2002) and Crossing Boundaries: A Global Vision of Design (Monacelli Press, 2006), that focuses on the many design inspirations found throughout the world – through the eyes of a traveler. He is currently planning his third book for launch in 2010.


Both interior designers and design enthusiasts have an opportunity to enter the ALL THE BEST BLOG 'Best Bedroom Contest'.

Submit clear, unpublished photographs (up to a maximum of five photos) of one bedroom designed by you to ( It can be your own personal bedroom or a bedroom designed by you for a client, just as long as it is your OWN work.

Photograph every angle of the room, including close-ups of the bed and special details. Images should be no larger than 1MB and in jpg format. Provide your full name and address.

The grand prize winner will receive a set full set of Celeste Sheets by SFERRA.

Second place winner will receive a pure cashmere Dorsey Throw by SFERRA.

Third place winner will receive a Marquetry Throw by Kelly Wearstler for SFERRA.

In addition, there will be three (3) honorable mentions.

First, Second and Third place winners, as well as all honorable mentions, will be published on ALL THE BEST BLOG.

There are no substitutions for prizes, unless a prize becomes unavailable, in which case we reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal value. Prizes are not redeemable for cash.

Contest entry period begins on August 21, 2009, and ends at 11:59 p.m., E.T. on September 25, 2009. Winners will be announced on October 5, 2009.
